Representatives of the LGBT+ movement ask for tolerance and claim to defend diversity, but when they come across people who have made their own choices regarding sexuality, such as the ex-trans Suzana Simão, who was at Superpop participating in a theme with Leo Aquila and others, this discourse seems not to be very applicable.
Suzana Simão’s participation took place during the Superpop exhibition last Thursday night (3). The theme of the program was about gender detransition, and also featured guests such as Léo Aquila and Tati Presser.
In addition to Suzana’s story, the program brought up the testimony of Robert Diego, who was born a male (man), but at a certain point in his life he thought he could be a woman. He even amputated his penis, but ended up regretting it and decided to “detransition”.

In the case of Suzana Simão, she was born female (female), but she also thought she could be happier assuming another gender identity, in this case, male.
Suzana, however, understood that she was wrong when she turned to God and what He says in the Holy Bible about human nature, created specifically so that sexuality conforms to male or female genders.
“When the Word of God entered my heart, I understood that God is not a man that He should lie, nor a son of man that He should repent. If he made me a woman, there’s no way I could be born a man in a woman’s body. God makes no mistakes,” she said.
The ex-trans speech, however, provoked the reaction of Leo Aquila, who presents himself as a trans woman. Roughly, the transsexual interrupted the moment and criticized the fact that Suzana stated that it is not possible for a person to be born in the wrong body, accusing her of prejudice for simply stating what she believes to be right.
“We are an extremely mistreated community and we are murdered just for being who we are. We have to be careful, because we are talking to thousands of people without clarification”, said Aquila. watch:
