Police recovered tools for making illegal weapons, semi-finished pistols, complete pistols and hundreds of barrels from this factory. This is for the first time that such a large number of good quality barrels, spare parts and raw materials used in pistols have been seized. Only seven interstate gangs have been arrested. Raw material for weapons was coming from Surat. ATS is investigating all aspects related to this case. According to preliminary information, every month more than 500 barrels were reaching Gurubakht in Khargone from Surat (Gujarat). By interrogating Gurubakht Singh, the police is also getting information about other illegal weapon manufacturers. These accused are importing barrels, other spare parts and raw materials used in pistols made from good lathe machines from Surat or other areas. Police are searching for arms dealers. Along with arresting the inter-state gang, the police also seized illegal weapons from them. Weapons have also been confiscated. Along with this, the ATS team is interrogating these accused and inquiring about the traders who make and deliver these weapons and buy them. Along with this, they are searching for identified persons involved in illegal arms trade.
