The German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce (AHK), together with the European project LEF (Latvia-Estonia-Finland), held an event in Baku on March 14-20 on “green” technologies and new opportunities in water treatment and in the tourism sector, Day.Az reported on Thursday. with reference to Trend.

According to AHK, representatives of five companies from Latvia, Estonia and Finland and 23 Azerbaijani companies took part in the event. “We discussed how to stimulate innovation in the green economy through the export of relevant services, goods and know-how,” the information noted.

The German-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce emphasized that it wants to continue to promote a productive dialogue between European and Azerbaijani companies.

AHK, consisting of 170 European companies, has been helping to integrate Azerbaijani partners since 2012, continuing the work of the German-Azerbaijani Business Association (DAWF), which began in 1999.
