The chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed his employees – the heads of the investigation departments in the Sverdlovsk and Rostov regions – to report to him about high-profile incidents in their regions.

They are accused of several crimes that they committed in the city of Pervouralsk at once. The victim of the crimes was a 12-year-old girl.
Last weekend, in the evening, a child came up to the police station along with the police and asked for protection and help. The two adult men whom the girl complained about were quickly found by the police. One of them turned out to be a driver’s assistant and with a rich criminal biography – a repeatedly convicted repeat offender. But his friend turned out to be a policeman. The lieutenant worked as a precinct.
Now the men are detained. The UK said that in the very near future the issue of choosing a preventive measure will be resolved. The investigation does not hide – they will ask for arrest.
– In the course of the investigation, they will find out the reasons and conditions that contributed to the commission of crimes, in particular, how the district police officer was recruited into the service of the internal affairs bodies, – the investigating department explained.
The regional Investigative Committee has already sent a request to the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – to conduct an official check.

Now their condition is assessed by doctors as satisfactory. But nobody was allowed home yet.
