Bhimarasu alias Rasu (Selvaraghavan) who lives as Paradesi in the Shiva temple brutally kills some people from time to time. All those killed were those who had sexually harassed the women or were accomplices to such harassment. On the other hand, retired Major Arulvarman (Nutty) runs a YouTube channel related to criminal investigation. He investigates his niece, who suddenly commits suicide. It is learned that she was forced to engage in sex work through mobile phone, which is the reason for her suicide. After that, Arul starts a hunt to find the culprits. What is the reason for the killings by Bhimra? What happened to Arul’s quest? What is the point where these two meet? The rest of the story answers these questions.

Director Mohan.G has tried to talk about the contemporary plight of online sex industry. He has exposed the network of people who, in the name of love, film intimate activities and threaten women to indulge their sexual desires and engage in sex work. He warned young women, parents and society about this issue.

The first half, which travels on double tracks on the scale of a mass screenplay, moves with the excitement required of a thriller film. The emotional scenes also have an impact. But the story told in the second half is not dense enough than the first half, so it moves slowly and becomes boring.

It is a great consolation that there are no words or scenes that denigrate or insult women who are engaged in sex work in the name of intimidation and coercion. It is commendable that the scenes are set in such a way as to empathize with the women who resort to sex work due to poverty.

But some common verses contain regressive ideas such as that women should be ready to die for honor. The elaborate depiction of rape scenes, a song in which a woman dances half-dressed, and the excessive violence imposed on the murder scenes make us question the director’s intent.

Selvaraghavan has done a great job portraying the revenge in the first half and the fatherly affection in the second half. Natty’s excellent performance also strengthens the character. Devadarshini who becomes a police inspector, Laya and Kool Suresh who become sex brokers attract attention. ‘Appappa’ song by Sam C.S. is rocking. The background score gives the story what it needs.

The film’s emphasis on the dangers of intimate activities carried out by teenagers without knowing the consequences and the need for parents to monitor them in this regard makes us forget the flaws of the film.
