Kochi: Bineesh Kodiyeri, a lawyer who was released on bail in a money laundering case related to a drug deal, is wearing a shirt. It would be a mistake to assume that the experience gained from the Parappana Agrahara jail was behind this decision. Bineesh said he was caught up in the case while trying to become a lawyer.
Bineesh is accompanied by his classmates and friends Shaun George, son of PC George, and Ninu Mohandas, son of former Election Commissioner N Mohandas, for the new venture. The office will be opened on Sunday at the KHCCA Complex adjacent to the Ernakulam High Court. Room 651 of the building is prepared for the office.
Although Kodiyeri Balakrishnan will not be present at the inauguration, PC George and Mohandas will be present. Bineesh, Shawn and Neenu were enrolled in 2006. Sean had practiced law for two years, and he made it clear that differences in political affiliation would not affect the enterprise, and that his family would like to see him come to the legal profession.
