“Against the constitutional principle of state freedom of the press”

On page 26 of his 32-page analysis, the Berlin constitutional lawyer Christoph Möllers comes to the decisive conclusion: “Libra [verstößt] against the constitutional principle of state freedom of the press.” That means: After the change of government in 2022, an online magazine was created under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice, which is unconstitutional. Neither the company Juris, which specializes in legal services and which published “Libra”, nor its majority owner, the state, nor the six publishers involved, including four female professors, recognized this violation of the law.
