Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Senior Joint Secretary General of the party commented that the movement of BNP is not over yet. He said, our movement is not over yet. Still in motion. We haven’t reached the target yet.

On Thursday (April 18), he said these things at the Eid reunion ceremony with the tortured leaders of 7 police stations belonging to Uttara Dhaka Metropolitan North of the capital. This event was organized by the initiative of Dhaka Metropolitan BNP leader Mustafa Zaman.

Rizvi said that from October 28 last year to January 27 this year, 20 BNP leaders and activists lost their lives in the firing of law and order forces. Hundreds of thousands of people have taken ordination. Many have lost their sight in firing by the law enforcement agencies.

Rizvi said, no matter how much torture and oppression is done on BNP, the head of BNP is the brave and noble Mam Shir. The government could not suppress the BNP amid heavy repression.

Rizvi also said that Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader is now saying that BNP cannot tolerate their victory. Hey what’s the victory? We and Mamud’s dummy election, you can consider yourselves victorious in your own election. But Awami League is being condemned from every part of the country. You are stealing people’s votes.

Awami League will defeat the communal forces – Referring to Obaidul Quader’s statement, Rizvi said that the world’s most communal power is running the state of India. And this power is supporting Awami League. You say these things only to please India.

Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP Acting Convenor Farad Halim Donor, Member Secretary Aminul Haque and many others were present at the event.
