The board of directors of three listed banks have announced the date of the meeting. The three banks are Midland Bank, Islami Bank and Bank Asia.
On Wednesday (April 17), Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE) informed this information.
Midland Bank: The board meeting of the company will be held on April 28 at 4:30 PM. The discussed meeting will review the audited financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2023. If the board approves the report, the company will publish it. After approval of the report the company can declare dividend for the shareholders.
Islami Bank: The board meeting of the company will be held on April 24 at 3 pm. The discussed meeting will review the audited financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2023. If the board approves the report, the company will publish it. After approval of the report the company can declare dividend for the shareholders.
Bank Asia: The board meeting of the company will be held on April 25 at 3 pm. The discussed meeting will review the audited financial report for the financial year ended December 31, 2023. If the board approves the report, the company will publish it. After approval of the report the company can declare dividend for the shareholders.
