As Nettavisen learned on Wednesday evening, Marius Lode has signed for BK Häcken.
At 20.30, Bodø/Glimt confirms on its website that the transfer is a fact.
The centre-back has signed a three-year contract with the Swedish big club, and is heading to Gothenburg later this week.
– It feels very strange to leave Bodø/Glimt, because it is a club and a city that I have grown to love. Things may not have turned out quite as I imagined when I came back from Germany, but overall I look back in a fantastic time in Bodø, says Marius Lode to glimt.no.
The 31-year-old played 193 games for Glimt over two periods.
Nettavisen also learns that Glimt has reached an agreement with FC Nordsjælland on an agreement for 19-year-old Villads Nielsen.
The young Dane was on the radar of Turin and Utrecht last summer, before Juventus and Glimt rival Tromsø made an offer for the centre-back in January, Nettavisen learns.
Now only a few details remain in the personal contract before Nielsen can get on the plane to Bodø together with his agent Simon Friis, to finalize a transfer to Glimt where he will replace Lode in Bodø.
The last details are considered not to present major problems for the parties.
Glimt sold centre-back Isak Helstad Amundsen to Molde earlier in the transfer window.
