Haryana actress and BJP leader Sonali Phogat passed away mysteriously. An autopsy conducted on him confirmed the presence of injuries on his body. This comes as two of his accomplices have been charged in connection with his death.
A heart attack was said to be the cause of his death. However, his family complained that he might have been murdered. An autopsy was then conducted.
“There are injuries in many places on the body. Looking at that, the investigating officer should confirm how his death happened,” the doctors said in the autopsy report.
Earlier, his family had complained that his food might have been poisoned. In this case, the female police officers who examined Sonali Phogat’s body said that there were no injuries caused by sharp-edged weapons on her body, it was reported by the police.
His aide Sudhir Sangwan and his man Sukhwinder Vasi, who were with him when he arrived in Goa, have also been charged in connection with his death. Her husband passed away in 2016.

Earlier in 2008, he joined the BJP and in 2019, he contested and failed in the Legislative Assembly elections held in Haryana’s Adhampur constituency. He continued to work for the party.
It has been reported that Sonali Bhogat will contest as a BJP candidate in the upcoming Adhampur by-election. Sonali went to Goa with her friends. Sonali suddenly fell ill. He was subsequently admitted to St. Anthony’s Hospital. But the doctors declared him dead on the way to the hospital. It was reported at the time that he had died of a heart attack during the initial investigation.
