Brian Brobbey (Ajax) victim of monkey cries this weekend

A sad event marked the meeting this Sunday between FC Utrecht and Ajax Amsterdam (0-2). Brian Brobbey was targeted by monkey shouts, made by local supporters.

An investigation was quickly opened by the Dutch Football Federation (KNVB) after monkey cries were heard during the second goal of the game, scored by Brian Brobbey. Fireworks also disrupted the game. The KNVB “investigation to find out if the Utrecht club can be blamed” for these incidents.
