Firefighters are battling to extinguish an 85-foot-long super boat parked at the Torque Marina in Devon, Britain, following a fire.

An 85-foot-tall, 85-foot-long super boat parked at the Torque Marina Beach harbor in Devon began to catch fire around 12:10 p.m. Saturday.

According to an eyewitness to the accident, a sudden terrifying explosion was heard, followed by a blaze of cane.

Police and firefighters rushed to the scene, evacuating civilians from the scene and extinguishing the ship’s fire.

According to the police, the super boat involved in the fire had 8000 liters of fuel in it and therefore the public living near the port have been advised to close the doors and windows of their houses.

The fire is currently being contained to a minimum, although firefighters say it is being protected as the boat has moved away from the harbor.
