The materials of the department indicate that in 2014-2017, gratuitous agreements and an assignment agreement were concluded between two foreign companies and Anatoly Bykov as an individual. According to the agreement, the companies transferred to Anatoly Bykov the right to claim debt to three organizations affiliated with a businessman located in Krasnoyarsk.

“In the period from January 2017 to December 2019, debtor organizations partially repaid their debt to Anatoly Bykov for a total amount of more than 467 million rubles. From the income received by Bykov as an individual, personal income tax in the amount of more than 60 million rubles has not been calculated or paid, ”the ICR said earlier. The case is being investigated under Part 2 of Art. 198 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (tax evasion by an individual on an especially large scale).

As Kommersant wrote, in early September, the first trial of Anatoly Bykov was completed in Krasnoyarsk. The jury found him guilty of organizing the contract murder in 1994 of two businessmen – Alexander Naumov and Kirill Voitenko. On the basis of the jury’s verdict, the Sverdlovsk District Court appointed Anatoly Bykov to 13 years in a general regime colony. The defense has filed an appeal against the verdict, it has not yet been considered. The investigation into the case of incitement to the murder of businessman Andrei Nekolov and the attempt on the life of the vice-president of the regional boxing federation Andrei Grabovsky is nearing completion.

In October of this year, a case was opened against Anatoly Bykov for incitement to the murder in 1998 of a major crime boss Vladimir Filippov.
