But the world of Hasidism is heavy and shocked after in the last few minutes (Monday) the Rebbe of Mazzuahil the tzaddik Rabbi Shlomo Goldman Zatzuk’l died suddenly, when he was only 66 years old at the time of his death.
In the last hour, the Rebbe suddenly collapsed in his home on Yehezkel Street, and rescuers who were called to the house performed prolonged resuscitation operations on the Rebbe, until they were forced to pronounce him dead.

The followers who received the difficult news, were called to recite chapters of the Psalms in tears outside his house, and even in the midrash houses, but in the last minutes he returned his pure soul to its creator.
The Rebbe ztzal is the son of the Rebbe Or Avraham Mazzuahil ztzal, and the grandson of Rebbe Baal Ha’Ikra Demelcha ztzal, and since his father’s departure, he has served as rebmor for 12 years, when before He served as an overseer for many years at the Rozin yeshiva, where he educated hundreds of students and young men in the way of Torah and Hasidism.
In his youth, the Rebbe studied at the Salonim yeshiva, where he became known as one of the greatest devotees, and when he came of age he married his rabbinical wife, the daughter of the Gaon Gab’d Makava ztzel.

In Hasidism it is said with pain that the Rebbe who led the community for over a decade took care of each and every one personally, whether it was the Hasidic students, and of course the abrachs and members of the community.
They also say that the Rebbe gave his life for the benefit of the institutions that include Talmud Torah, yeshivots, congregants and midrash schools, along with his perseverance in the Torah and Hasidism throughout the years.
He had a special relationship with the Rebbe of Belza, where the Rebbe would come many times for the preparation of the ’tishim’ and of course for events, when just last week he participated in the Knesseting of a Torah scroll in the courtyard of the Shomeri Hasidom Hasidim.
In his lifetime, the late Rebbe used to go up with his Hassidim to Lag Baumer in Miron, where he would set up his table in the Bnei Akiva compound, but in the last year, in light of the fact that his efforts to reach Miron failed, the Rebbe came with the Hasidim on another day to dance with his children The ‘halaka’.
In his sudden passing, the Rebbe left behind his son Rabbi Moshe Natan Netta Goldman, his son Rabbi Yaakov Leib Goldman, his sons-in-law, his grandchildren and his descendants who follow the path of Torah and Hasidism, and his brother the Rebbe Rabbi Gedaliah Moshe, Rabbi Shaul, Rabbi Shmuel David , Rabbi Yosef and more.
The funeral procession left tonight at 23:00 from his seminary in the Beit Israel neighborhood of Jerusalem towards his ancestors’ plot on the Mount of Olives.
And all the house of Israel will weep over the fire that God has kindled.
