Brian is visiting his home country of Denmark and is trying to rediscover it from a culinary perspective. On the west coast of Denmark he is looking for the gagel bush, which is traditionally used to brew beer and flavor schnapps. Next, Brian looks at a pig, sheep, rabbit and chicken farm that puts animal welfare first. Another typical Danish specialty is smoked fish. Brian visits a smokehouse where everything is still processed by hand.
