On Sunday, April 28, 2024, the Live Livestock Marketing Plaza became the main stage for an event that merged the passion for music with the recognition of the quality of livestock.
During the Musical Festival and Livestock Contest, the most outstanding animals in the region were honored.
The contest highlighted the diversity and excellence of local livestock, rewarding the largest bull, most beautiful calf, smallest pig, bravest sheep and most dairy cow.
In addition to the excitement of the competition, attendees were captivated by a musical selection, with the participation of talents such as the San Pedro de Licán Band, Fabián Yasaca and the Víctor Proaño Carrión EU Musical Band from Calpi, who delighted the public with his art and talent.
The event managed to bring the community together in an atmosphere of celebration around music and livestock tradition, thus promoting local pride and identity.
