Kia Seltos Diesel: Kia has updated not only the new gearbox but also the suspension of the Celtos model.

Kia is expected to launch its Celtos diesel iMT variant in the Indian market soon. It is priced at Rs. 13 lakh 99 thousand, is ex-showroom. The Celtos diesel model will only be available in a single variant at the time of launch. The Celtos diesel iMT model is the only one available in India with a diesel iMT option.
Like Hyundai, Kia only offered the iMT gearbox in petrol models. Kia has now decided to offer an iMT gearbox with a diesel engine for the first time. Kia has updated not only the new gearbox but also the suspension of the Celtos model. The Celtos diesel model with iMT gearbox is available in Sparkling Silver and Imperial Blue.
first time:
The Kia Celtos is powered by a 1.5-liter diesel engine with a new 6-speed iMT clutchless manual gearbox. The diesel engine is currently available in three gearbox options – 6 speed manual, dark converter and iMT. The iMT gearbox is only offered in the mid-level HTK Plus variant. Hyundai recently introduced the iMT gearbox option in its Creta model.
New Features:
In addition to the new gearbox, Kia is expected to introduce various new features in the Kia Celtos model. In particular, safety features such as rear disc brakes, ESC, Vehicle Stability Management, and lateral airbags may be offered as standard features on all variants. Curtain airbags on the HTX Plus variant, traction / drive modes on the HTX variant, as well as pedal shifters can be offered.
The new Kia Celtos model comes with dual airbags at the front and standard airbags at the rear with rear disc brakes. It looks like the Kia Connect logo will be offered on this model as well.
In the Indian market, Kia Celtos model Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushak, Volkswagen Tigun, MG Competes with models like the Aster and Nissan Giggs.
