TRAJECTORY

Rivandro França stood out in the gastronomy market in 2010 when he opened, in his own home, his Cozinhando Escondidinho, in Casa Amarela. The Flavors team, from Folha de Pernambuco, was one of the first to write a gastronomic review about the place, which stood out in several aspects at the table.

At the time, the work was an evolution of his first steps in the kitchen, starting with his training in 2008, when he started selling chocolate candies with flavors reminiscent of the Northeast. The idea evolved, Rivandro added clients and made many friends in the professional world.

In his “Cozinhando Escondidinho”, he presented traditional dishes, typical of the Northeast, in an unusual way. The pout pepper was his trademark. Overturned bowls and even the coconut quenga were items that formed his trousseau, in the small house with just over 35 seats.

Space increased and Rivandro moved a few times to meet demand. It received national awards and inserted its name into the typical country cuisine route. Recently, she presented a culinary program on television and ran a new restaurant that had recently opened in Recife.
