Chennai: Minister DRP Raja has questioned the leader of opposition Edappadi Palaniswami saying that we are not healthy within minutes of launching the ‘Are you okay’ scheme by Chief Minister M.K.Stalin.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin today launched a new scheme ‘Are you well’ after asking about the welfare schemes of the government. On the inaugural day of the scheme, Chief Minister Stalin launched the ‘Are You Well’ scheme and contacted the beneficiaries over phone to seek feedback.
In this case, Opposition leader Edappadi Palaniswami, who criticized the scheme as we are not well within a few minutes of the launch of the scheme by Chief Minister M.K.Stalin, said, “Chief Minister Stalin who asks if you are well, the welfare schemes have stopped! Law and order has broken down!”
Property tax, house tax, drinking water tax, electricity bill have gone up! The price has skyrocketed! Tamil Nadu is in the situation of drug circulation everywhere! In this way, people are not well in your Vidya regime where livelihood has become questionable!. Are we okay, Stalin?” he posted.
Tamil Nadu Industry Minister D.R.P. has responded to Edappadi Palaniswami’s criticism. Raja said, “The leader of the opposition has complained to the chief minister that he is not well. How can you be well who supported the agricultural laws that cheated the farmers? How can you be well who betrayed Tamil Nadu along with the BJP to save the position?
How can you be healthy when you ran a regime that shot people like sparrows in Tuticorin? How can you be safe who sheltered the tyrants who corrupted the young girls of Pollachi? How can you be okay with supporting CAA against minority Muslims? How can you be healthy when you ran a regime that looted down to bleaching powder in Corona?.
How can you be healthy if you let murder and robbery happen in the country where the party leader lived? The people of Tamil Nadu who got rid of your dark rule and saw the dawn rule will be healthy today and forever,” he replied
