In Brazil, some names stand out in the fight against LGBT+ activism’s attempt to impose its ideological agenda on society. One of them, without a doubt, is Claudemiro Soares, who unfortunately died on the 22nd, after a courageous battle against cancer.

The burial of the Christian activist took place on the 24th in Brazlândia, a municipality located in the administrative region of the Federal District.

Specialist in Public Policies (UFG), Master in Public Health (Fiocruz) and auditor of the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU), Claudemiro Soares Ferreira gained national visibility by defending the sexual reorientation of homosexuals, arguing that “no one is born gay”.

Ex-gay, he wrote the book “Male Homosexuality: Choice or Destiny?” (available here), this being a work that was the target of attacks due to its broad and controversial content, full of bibliographical references.

Before his death, Claudemiro had been announcing on social media that he would publish a book about the “orixás”, in order to show the “truth” about the beliefs of African-based religions. Later this year, he was the target of accusations for linking these entities to violence in the country’s schools.

LGBT+ activism

In a 2016 interview, Claudemiro Soares spoke of the various legal cases he received over the years, according to him, all of which were unsuccessful, including one filed by former federal deputy Jean Wyllys.

“Keeping people trapped in homosexuality is a matter of ‘market reserve’ for LGBT activists, politicians, university professors, psychologists and lawyers who make a living from exploiting this segment of the population,” he told guide me.

“LGBT activists have received an immense amount of public money to do all kinds of “weirdness”, always under the veneer of defending the human rights of the homosexual community”, highlighted the researcher.

Through social media, several friends and admirers of Soares’ research work mourned his death, remembering the legacy left by him through countless lectures, lectures, participation in public hearings and publications.

Below, we include a video where Claudemiro Soares debates “sexual reorientation” with Dr. Ana Bock, former president of the Federal Council of Psychology, during a TV Brasil program. Throughout the interview it is possible to see how the Christian researcher mastered the content, which is a record that is very worth remembering:
