A sort of “iron curtain”… meteorological. While France is shivering at the start of the week, with negative temperatures throughout the day in part of the country, Europe is freezing on the other side of a strip cutting Germany in two. In Île-de-France, in the north and east of the country, the mercury reached around -2°C in the early morning this Monday. Oslo came close, for the fourth consecutive day, to the symbolic bar of -20°C this Monday morning. “It’s truly exceptional for a winter!
