Although official confirmation has not yet been published, reliable sources indicate that Slovenian cyclist Primož Roglič will make his debut with Bora-Hansgrohe at Paris-Nice in March this year. Furthermore, his first meeting with his former teammate Jonas Vingegaard will take place in Itzulia Basque Country a month later.

Roglič, who joined the German team after breaking his contract with Visma – Lease a Bike, has his sights set on a season focused on the Tour de France. His current calendar includes only the Critérium du Dauphiné as preparation for the French round. The second half of the year will depend on his participation in the Olympic Games and his physical condition after the Tour.
Bora-Hansgrohe will officially reveal its main goals for the season next Wednesday. However, everything indicates that Roglič will focus entirely on preparing for the Tour de France, ruling out his participation in the spring classics.
As for the Giro, the Bora-Hansgrohe team will have to decide who will lead the formation, some of the names that stand out and have enough possibilities to take the stripes there are Aleksandr Vlasov, Daniel Martínez and Sergio Higuita.
