Eight million Italians are in smart working: they don’t work in offices, they adapt, they think of buying a different house. Mobility, cultural offer, the concept of shopping and public space will have to change. Cities will have to think about how to react, after the fear of recent months. In this “upside-down” world, work is also changing profoundly and in companies that want to remain competitive the theme of purpose – of purpose – becomes one of the key elements in the design of new organizational models, made even more impactful when the size of the place and of the time move into the background. In the fourth appointment with Talk4Growth, the event organized by L’Economia with Accenture, entitled “Smart, the new start”, guests three CEOs of companies that are facing the challenges of the pandemic with new solutions and models: Corrado Passera, founder of Illimity, Rita Cataldo of Takeda Italy and Simona Comandè of Philips Italy, Israel and Greece.
