Kuwait City: Containers were stolen from the American military camp in Kuwait. Three containers were stolen from the shooting camp in Abdali. Local media reported that the Kuwaiti police have registered a case regarding this. An investigation was started based on the complaint of an American military officer. Attempt to smuggle drugs across the border; 36 kg of hashish and a large quantity of intoxicating pills were seized
Najran: Three people were arrested for trying to smuggle drugs to Saudi Arabia through the border. The Border Security Force arrested three Ethiopians who were infiltrators.
36 kilograms of hashish, 5,548 intoxicating pills and 500 grams of the drug in powder form were recovered. According to the Border Security Force, the accused have been handed over to the concerned departments after completing the legal procedures. In another incident, the General Directorate of Narcotics Control arrested an Afghan national from Alqaseem with a stash of drugs. 22.38 kg of hashish was found hidden in the vehicle of an Afghani who is in the country under legal iqama. The General Directorate of Narcotics Control said that the legal proceedings have been completed and the case has been handed over to the public prosecution.
