Thiruvananthapuram: The crime branch registered a case on the complaint of Saritha S Nair, accused in the solar case, that she attempted to kill. The complaint is that they tried to kill him by adding chemicals to the food many times. It is alleged in the complaint that former driver Vinu Kumar mixed poison in the food. The Crime Branch has started an investigation into the incident.

It is alleged that he conspired with many of the accused in the earlier complaint and planned the murder. According to the complaint, due to this, he developed serious health problems and the vision of his left eye decreased. Sarita says that this has also caused arsenic, mercury and lead to enter the body.

On the day he went to give his statement to the CBI, Vinu Kumar became suspicious when he was seen mixing a powder in the juice he had bought from a bakery in Karamana. Saritha saw the powder from the packet taken from the bag and added to the juice. Saritha says that she unknowingly mixed poison in her food several times and it caused health problems that could lead to death.
