Hunger and misery in Cuba prevail in the midst of a severe crisis due to blackouts, so Cubans cannot afford to lose the opportunity to purchase food due to lack of electricity service. A group of Antilleans had to shine their cell phones on the saleswoman in a warehouse to be able to buy bread in Baracoa.

In a video posted on social networks, several people are seen using their phones as flashlights, in order to be sold bread.

In the images you can see people crowded and desperate to reach this food product, while a young man and a woman shipped it.

Another crisis that hits the Cuban people is the shortage of food, especially bread, which is why they sell a piece of poor quality and small size for 19 pesos.

This seems like a never-ending story and this is confirmed by the complaint of a woman from Camagüey, published this Saturday by the local press.

The woman identified as Maribel García Pérez, who resides in building 41, on Sociedad Patriótica street, in the Torre Blanca neighborhood of Camagüey; She reported that the neighborhood bakery sells bread for 19 pesos. “with such little weight and poor quality, the size of birthday ones”.

“Isn’t anyone supervising that?” asks, naively, the distraught woman from Camagüey, whose complaint was published in the state newspaper Forwardin the Catauro section.
