Delivering 76 aircraft throughout 2025, Daher Aircraft has demonstrated the continued strength of its TBM and Kodiak single-engine turboprop programs, catering to both private and public sector clients. The manufacturer’s performance underscores its ability to navigate evolving economic and industrial conditions while meeting customer demand.
Daher Aircraft’s 2025 output comprised 51 TBM 960 aircraft, assembled at its facility in Tarbes, France, and 25 Kodiak aircraft delivered from its Sandpoint, Idaho location. The Kodiak deliveries included both the established Kodiak 100 model and the newer, more capable Kodiak 900. This production volume reflects the ongoing industrial momentum of both programs.
A Milestone Year for the TBM Family
The year 2025 marked a notable achievement for the TBM program with the delivery of the 600th aircraft in the TBM 900 series. This milestone solidifies the TBM 900’s position as the most popular model in the TBM family since its introduction in 1990.The current production model, the TBM 960,features advanced technologies including a digital electronic control system for the engine and propeller – known as EPECS (Engine and Propeller Electronic Control System) – and the TBM e-copilot® suite, offering enhanced safety features like icing protection, flight envelope monitoring, and the homesafe™ automatic emergency landing system.
Expanding Role in Specialized Missions
Deliveries in 2025 highlighted the increasing use of TBM and Kodiak aircraft for specialized, multi-mission applications. Notably, the Canadian group Conair received its second and third TBM 960s configured as “Bird dog” aerial surveillance aircraft for wildfire management. These aircraft play a crucial role in monitoring fire behavior, assessing risks, and coordinating the deployment of air tankers during firefighting operations, as demonstrated during the 2025 fire season in British Columbia.
Geographic Focus: Americas Lead the Way
The majority of TBM deliveries in 2025 – over 75% – were concentrated in North and South America. Europe accounted for the remaining 23% of deliveries, representing 12 aircraft. This distribution underscores the strong demand for Daher’s turboprops in the Americas, while maintaining a significant foothold in the European market.
Kodiak Aircraft: A Popular Choice for public Safety
Demand for the Kodiak remained strong in 2025, with 30% of deliveries dedicated to multi-mission roles, especially within law enforcement agencies. Deliveries included Kodiak 100s to the Virginia state Police, the New York State Police, and the san Jose police Department in California. The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Arizona took delivery of a Kodiak 900, and the Montana Department of natural Resources received the first Kodiak 900 configured for firefighting support.
Two Kodiak Models Cater to Diverse Needs
the Kodiak 100, first delivered in 2008, continues to be produced in its updated Kodiak 100 Series III configuration. The larger and faster Kodiak 900, introduced in 2022, expands the range’s capabilities to meet more demanding operational requirements. .
Expanding International Footprint with Brazilian Subsidiary
Daher Aircraft continued to expand its global presence in 2025, establishing a new subsidiary in São Paulo, Brazil. This strategic move aims to bolster support and growth of the TBM and Kodiak aircraft within Brazil and throughout Latin America.
A Growing Global Fleet with Extensive Flight Experience
As of December 31, 2025, Daher Aircraft has delivered a total of 1,294 TBM and 390 Kodiak aircraft worldwide. The entire fleet has accumulated nearly three million flight hours, demonstrating the reliability and versatility of these aircraft across a wide range of applications, from business aviation to critical public service missions. According to a company release, “Our teams remained fully mobilized until the last days of the year, with a clear priority: ensuring deliveries to our customers. their efforts illustrate Daher’s ability to deliver on its commitments, despite changing conditions during the year.”
