Kochi: Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited, an agrochemical company started in 2015, is preparing for an initial public offering. The company aims to raise Rs 250 crore through the IPO starting on November 28.
The company focuses on distribution and marketing of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, micro-fertilizers and antibiotics.
The company’s manufacturing facility is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company’s branded products are sold in 17 states through more than 4200 dealers in the country. The company exports its products to more than 25 countries in Latin America, East Africa, Middle East and Far East Asia.
As of July 2022, Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited has more than 219 institutional products and more than 600 customers in India and international markets. In addition, products are exported to more than 60 customers in 25 countries.
1,982.22 million, 3,024.10 million and 3,962.88 million rupees from operations for the financial years 2020, 21 and 22 respectively.
