Actress Anne Hayes admitted that she drank vodka just hours before the fatal accident in which she was fatally injured. She said these things in the podcast “better together” in which the actress participated and which was recorded earlier on the day the accident occurred. According to her she drank “too much” because she experienced “a horrible day”.

According to reports, the actress and Ellen DeGeneres’ ex was driving her blue Mini Cooper down a suburban street in Los Angeles around noon and crashed into an apartment complex garage. According to the TMZ website, bystanders tried to help Hayes out of the vehicle, but she backed up and continued speeding until she finally crashed into another home, where her car burst into flames.
