Directive from the Minister of Youth and Sports regarding the completion of Al-Musayyib Olympic Stadium

Today, Saturday, Minister of Youth and Sports Ahmed Al-Mubarqa stressed the necessity of completing Al-Musayyib Olympic Stadium within the scheduled period.

Ministry spokesman Hossam Hassan said in a statement, received by the (INA), that “the completion rate in the project has reached 43 percent, and it is hoped that it will be completed at the end of this year.”
Hassan added, “This project is receiving the attention and follow-up of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Ahmed Al-Mubarqa, who visited the site and met with the staff of the engineering department, the project’s resident engineer, and the implementing company.” He urged them to “intensify efforts to complete the stadium within the scheduled period so that it will serve the governorate’s youth, in addition to hosting Al-Qasim Club matches in the Football League.
Hassan pointed out that “Al-Musayyib Stadium Complex includes a football field, and its floor has been changed from artificial to natural, in addition to halls of different sizes, and an administrative building with a VIP cabin,” pointing out that “electrical work will begin, water tanks will be installed, and drainage will be done.” Rainwater and paving of side streets, as well as concrete works and concrete structure for the external fence.”
