80 teams participated in the district level kabaddi tournament held in Perumalmalai area of Erode.
The 3rd Annual Kabaddi Tournament was held today by Routram Kabaddi Friends and AFC Kabaddi Team Friends in Perumalmalai area of Erode. The competition was inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Housing Minister Muthusamy. Players from 80 teams from various districts including Erode, Namakkal, Tirupur, Coimbatore, Salem, Theni, Dindigul, Ooty participated and played in this tournament. Prize cups and cash prizes were awarded to the winners of the tournament.
The event was attended by Erode Municipal Mayor Nagaratnam, Deputy Mayor Selvaraj, Zonal President PK Palanichamy and many officials including Someswaran, Kumar, Dilipkumar, Manikandan, Babu, Pradeep, Gracie, Arikaran, Saravanan, Sudhakar, Dharmaraj, Udayanidhi Stalin Fan Club President Jeevakumar. . The preparations for the competition were made by President Suresh, Secretary Mukesh and Treasurer Vinod.
