The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson, arrived last night (Saturday) on a special visit to Ukraine under Russian attack and toured with President Vladimir Zlansky: “A demonstration of our unwavering support.”

According to Johnson: “We are in Kiev as a demonstration of our unwavering support for the people of Ukraine. We are defining a new package of financial and military assistance and this is a testament to our commitment to his country’s struggle against Russia’s barbaric campaign.”

Johnson added: “Ukrainians have the courage of a lion. President Zlansky gave that lion’s roar. Britain stands unchallenged with the people of Ukraine.”

Another person who visited Kiev yesterday was Ursula von der Lane, president of the European Commission, who at a press conference in Ukraine told Zalanski: “Your struggle is our struggle. Europe is on your side.”
