“The court considered it proven that the convicted man attacked his partner inside the home, then left the house to locate two stray dogs so that they could sexually attack the victim,” a court statement confirmed.
Initial Femicide Charge Reclassified
Prosecutors initially pursued charges of frustrated intimate femicide, seeking a 30-year prison sentence. However, during the trial, the court directed the Prosecutor’s Office to reclassify the charge to less serious injuries, significantly reducing the potential sentence.
