The Palestinian Wafa Agency reported that dozens of citizens, including children and women, were martyred and injured in the ongoing Zionist bombing of the Gaza Strip for the 142nd day in a row.
The agency said on Sunday: “A number of citizens were martyred and others were injured with various injuries, as a result of renewed Zionist artillery shelling on the western areas of the city of Khan Yunis and on the Al-Sabra neighborhood in Gaza City.”
A citizen was martyred and others were injured in a Zionist raid that targeted a house in the Al-Shaaf area, east of Gaza City, coinciding with shooting from occupation drones and artillery shelling on the eastern neighborhoods of the city, according to the agency.
The Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, witnessed violent clashes and explosions were heard.
Local sources in the city of Beit Lahia in the Gaza Strip said that “a martyr was recovered as a result of the bombing of a house, and many missing people are still under the rubble.”
Local sources reported that the Zionist army’s warplanes targeted a gathering of citizens in the Beach Camp, west of Gaza, on Saturday evening, killing two citizens and seriously wounding 4 others.
Zionist forces continue to bomb the Gaza Strip, and clashes continue on more than one axis, as the war on Gaza enters its 142nd day in light of a catastrophic humanitarian situation and a rise in the death toll.
