The futsal team increases the pace of its preparations in Baghdad and seeks to secure an external camp

Our national futsal team began training at the first gathering in Baghdad in preparation for the West Asian Championship and the Asian Cup finals that qualify for the World Cup.

The media coordinator for the futsal team, Uday Sabbar, told the (INA) today, Sunday: “Our team conducted the first evening training unit in the Army Sports Club hall in the presence of all the players who were summoned by the technical staff led by coach Ricardo Spral Cocoa.”

Sabar added, “Most of the players who were called up are prominent players in the league clubs and performed at a level that won the coach’s approval and follow-up,” pointing out that “Kakao was able in the selected list to create a state of harmony between the youth and experienced elements.”

Sabar continued, “The Baghdad camp will continue for eight days, in addition to providing friendly matches and external camps that will be announced after obtaining official approvals.”
