Anderson Lino de Souza Felix, 26, was arrested after being caught selling drugs on the shore of Recreio dos Bandeirantes beach, in the west zone of Rio. The drug dealer tried to escape by swimming after being approached by police officers. According to Recreio Presente agents, the drug dealer could even drown if he were not arrested, as he does not know how to swim. Police seized cocaine and a drug known as loló. The drug dealer had already been arrested twice for drug trafficking, also in Recreio dos Bandeirantes.
