The body of influencer Carlos Henrique Medeiros, 26, was found in a shallow grave on the 30th, after disappearing on Christmas Eve. The young man, who had more than 2 million followers, was buried in a friend’s backyard, in Itapecerica da Serra, metropolitan region of São Paulo. Better known as Henrique Medeiros, the YouTuber was already being sought by his family when people called the police due to to a strong smell that came from the land of the house where the influencer was last seen. After a brief excavation of the land, the Fire Department found Henrique’s body. A couple of the YouTuber’s friends who lived there were detained by the Civil Police. The suspects stated that the group was using drugs at the time the influencer overdosed. According to the statement, they buried Henrique in a shallow grave in the backyard of the house for “fear of what could happen” Investigators have not yet ruled out the hypothesis that the YouTuber was murdered by a couple of friends A 17-year-old teenager is also being investigated by the police for a possible relationship with the case.
