Drugs seized while trying to smuggle into Saudi

Jeddah: Pills in the form of drugs smuggled into Saudi Arabia have been seized. The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has foiled an attempt to smuggle more than 2.3 million phenethylene pills.

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority said it was tightening customs control. A total of 2,302,325 banned pills were found hidden in the trunk of a truck coming through Haditha port.
