The Naif Community Forum, organized by the Positive Spirit Council in collaboration with the Naif Police Station, proved to be a major draw, attracting over 5,000 attendees. Families and children actively participated in a diverse range of cultural, sporting, and entertainment events, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display.
Beyond the festivities, the forum served as an important platform for the Dubai Police to connect with the public. Attendees were introduced to the various security, traffic, and community services offered by the force, strengthening trust and promoting collaboration.
Carnival Atmosphere on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard
On Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Dubai Police hosted an entertainment carnival as part of the “Your Security is Our Happiness” exhibition. The carnival featured interactive activities like a face-painting studio and candle-making workshops, captivating more than 500 children.
A gesture of goodwill saw over 500 gifts distributed to children and families, underscoring Dubai Police’s commitment to inclusivity and community well-being. “This event reflects our dedication to ensuring all segments of society feel valued and included in local celebrations,” a senior official stated.
Promoting Safety and Discipline Through Youth Outreach
The celebrations also incorporated educational initiatives aimed at instilling positive values in young people. More than 1,000 copies of “Khaled” magazine, a publication by the Security Media Department of Dubai Police, were distributed. Alongside the magazine, awareness stickers featuring popular cartoon police characters were handed out, designed to promote security and discipline in an engaging and accessible manner.
