Due to a technical glitch it is not possible at this time to fill out an incoming passenger declaration form.
Thus, an Israeli and a foreigner with a residence visa will be temporarily allowed to board the aircraft only subject to the presentation of the result of a negative pcr test performed during the 72 hours before take-off or a negative antigen test performed during the 24 hours prior to take-off.
All returnees to Israel are required to perform a PCR test upon entering Israel and enter isolation:
Vaccinated or recovering – will be able to get out of isolation after receiving a negative test result performed from the 3rd day of landing in Israel (the day of landing is the first day).
A vaccinated / recovering person who comes from a red country will go into isolation for 7 days and will be able to leave isolation after receiving a negative test result that was performed from the 7th day of landing in Israel (the day of landing is the first day).
Those who are not vaccinated or recovering – will be able to leave isolation only after receiving a negative test result performed from the 7th day of landing in Israel (the day of landing is the first day).
