We understand that today people need reliable communication with their loved ones more than ever, and we are doing everything possible to maintain a high speed of sending and receiving messages, ”he wrote in his Telegram channel.

The peak of failures was recorded at 11:00 Moscow time, according to Downdetector data. 44% of complaints were about connecting to the server, 29% were about problems receiving messages, and another 28% were about problems with the application.
