The Prime Minister again engaged Thursday, December 8 the responsibility of her government before the National Assembly, with the aim of having the revenue part of the draft state budget for 2023 adopted without a vote in a new reading.
Elisabeth Borne justified this eighth recourse to article 49 paragraph 3 of the Constitution by the need to adopt the finance bill ” within the time allowed “ and by the way “that none of the opposition groups have informed us of any changes in their position on their final vote”.
The deputies of La France insoumise immediately announced the filing of a new motion of censure.
