Although no further details have been given about the operation, Elon Musk has revealed that the first Neuralink implant is called “Telepathy” or Telepathy in Spanish.
In his own words, this device will allow you to control your cell phone, computer and “almost any device” just by thinking.
Initially, candidates to test the Neuralink brain implant are people who do not have mobility in their limbs to, presumably, help them regain control of their body.
The news comes months after this technology was used only on apes, which is why they were accused of causing extreme suffering in these animals.

What is a brain chip?
