Emergency meeting Wednesday in Cairo of Arab Foreign Ministers, at the request of Palestine and Morocco, to examine the evolution of the situation in the Palestinian territories
Cairo – The Arab League Council will hold, on Wednesday in Cairo, an emergency ministerial meeting, convened by the State of Palestine and the Kingdom of Morocco, president of the current session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the level ministerial, who, on the High Instructions of His Majesty the King, called for the holding of this meeting with a view to examining the political actions to be taken at the Arab and international levels to put an end to the escalation in the Palestinian territories and to stop target civilians.
The Deputy Secretary General of the League of Arab States, Hossam Zaki, indicated, Monday, in statements to the press, that it was decided to hold the meeting under the presidency of Morocco, the current president of the session of the Ministerial Council, to discuss political action at the Arab and international levels, halt the deterioration of the situation in the Gaza Strip and put an end to the dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region.
