This visit takes place thanks to the agreement signed last April by the president of the Peruvian-Bolivian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sergio Caro, the general manager of Grupo Ferias in Peru, Adrián Gechelin, and the presidents of the National Chamber of Industries (Bolivia). , Pablo Camacho, and the National Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia, Mario Paredes.

The signed agreement will allow resume commercial and industrial contact networks between Peru and Bolivia to promote formal trade and business development between both countries. To this end, activities will be carried out that will produce supply and demand meeting points, especially between small and medium-sized companies that can mutually feed on human resources, inputs and installed capacity.

This Bolivian business caravan will begin its visit by attending 8 industrial fairs that will be concentrated in the Expo Sur Industrial 2023 to be held from May 19 to 21, in which more than 12,000 visitors are expected to attend. during the three days of the fair, among businessmen, industrialists, professionals from the plastic, packaging, graphic, advertising, gastronomic, hotel, food and beverage and textile sectors, as well as entrepreneurs who want to start a new business line or those who wish to boost your company. The presence of visitors is expected especially from the regions of Arequipa, Cuzco, Madre de Dios, Moquegua, Puno and Tacna; in addition to the sister countries Bolivia and Chile.
