TO ANALYSE – The number of recruitments jumped in 2021 and almost erased, despite disparities, the trough of the pandemic.
After a year 2020 under the sign of the storm, 2021 will have been marked by a clear and rapid rebound! With 269,100 recruitments counted over twelve months, the job market for executives recovered last year and almost returned to its pre-crisis level (281,300 recruitments recorded in 2019, a record), according to the annual report of the Association for the employment of executives (Apec).
