Express buses from Chennai to go to Koyambedu via Tambaram: Transport Corporation orders

CHENNAI: The Rapid State Transport Corporation has ordered that all express buses coming to Chennai from outside areas should go to Koyambedu via Tambaram.

In the order issued by the Government Rapid Transport Corporation, “For the convenience of the passengers coming to Chennai, Rapid Transport Corporation buses should run from all towns to reach Chennai via Tambaram. They should stop at the left side of the Tambaram city bus stand and drop the passengers.

Through this, the passengers going to Tambaram, Krombettai, Alantur, Vadapalani will be benefited and the revenue of our corporation will increase. Only buses coming via Perungalathur after 5 pm should be routed via Maduravayal to Koyambedu Bus Stand,” the order said.
