/ On Friday, the Babil Governorate government invited Gulf investors to visit the governorate and learn about investment opportunities there.
Babylon Governor Adnan Faihan told Agency: “I invite all Gulf investors to come to Babylon and we will provide them with all necessary facilities.”
Faihan acknowledged in the same conference that there was a lack of services, noting that Babylon was experiencing many problems.
Faihan added in a press conference attended by a Agency correspondent; “There are several reasons that led to the accumulation of decline in services, the first of which is the lack of real and correct planning,” pointing out that “if we review the budgets in previous years, we do not find any interrelationship between the budgets. We will find an administrative defect in the governorate, and that the departments’ administrations in Babylon Not only is there laxity, but there is a feeling of irresponsibility in these circles.”
