The dispute had been mounting between the two men for months. Until that fateful evening last Thursday. Armin K., a 31-year-old Iranian, was still on Saturday morning in the premises of the judicial police where his custody for intentional homicide was extended, the Créteil prosecution confirmed to us. According to our information, this resident of Créteil admitted to having stabbed Ali H., 38, one of his compatriots in the thigh, with whom he was a friend before their relationship degenerated.
The tragedy took place at 7, place Salvador-Allende in the apartment occupied by Armin K. According to a source close to the investigation, the motive for this murder remains to be determined for the time being. But according to a relative of the respondent, the man was “attacked” in his apartment by several individuals including Ali H. and the owner of the dwelling who “were in cahoots”. Before he stabbed, Armin K. would have, according to his own statements, been hit by an electric pulse gun before being shaved.
A debt of 2,000 euros
The victim of the stabbing allegedly demanded from Armin K. the payment of a slate of 2,000 euros. A debt disputed by the interested party for whom it was an “extortion of funds”. The owner of the apartment was trying to evict his tenant who was no longer paying his rent.
Also according to the defense of the author of the stabbing, he had been the subject of harassment for a year and a half by Ali H. Arash Derambarsh, the defendant’s lawyer. , produced, moreover, the two daybooks (in October 2021 and last January) and the death threat complaint (last March) which had been filed at the Créteil police station. Shortly after the complaint, Armin K.’s counsel had also sent a letter to the Créteil prosecutor. He feared that Ali H., author of “many death threats”, “would take action shortly” if the “police services” did not act “quickly”. And the defender, Arash Derambarsh, to denounce today “the inertia of the prosecution and the police services”.
The respondent was under judicial supervision for a robbery
Asked about these new elements, the Créteil prosecution does not have the same reading of the file at all. “After this complaint for death threats, the police summoned the person concerned, specifies a magistrate. But he didn’t show up. The file was then sent to the Hauts-de-Seine since the man was domiciled in Colombes. The public prosecutor would, on the other hand, have had knowledge of a complaint for degradation filed by Armin K. on September 1st. “An investigation was carried out but the author of this degradation remained unknown, specifies the magistrate. The complaint has therefore been dismissed. Another procedure was opened the same day, but this time it targeted Armin K. “He is being prosecuted for a robbery with violence and was placed under judicial supervision on September 27,” notes the same source.
The custody should end this Saturday evening. The respondent should be referred in the evening to the court of Créteil.
